Planning Your Party

All private parties must have a minimum of 6 guests who schedule a minimum of $95.00 each in spa services, otherwise the spa will remain open for other guests

To make your party run smoother we require you to: Select a date and time one month in advance, as well as selecting your services. We can not always guarantee availability on shorter notice but will try to accommodate you. Either each attendee or the person hosting the party will be required to leave their own credit card number to reserve their package.

A non refundable deposite will be required at the time of booking

no gift certificates, coupons, or discounts are allowed for spa parties

A 20% Gratuity will be added to each service and is not included in this pricing

Any one under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian signature

Cancellations and or rescheduling fees will apply, due to the fact that your time is reserved for you With our staff and others are turned away to hold your place.
Arrival Time
Each guest will be required to arrive 30 minutes prior to start time. We request this to allow time to fill out the necessary paperwork and then to change into our comfortable robe and slippers. Late arrivals may forfeit a portion of their treatment time.
Services
You may pick a package from our Spa Party Menu for all your guests or design your own according to our services listed in our brochure or our website. Although it does make the party run smoother when all guests agree on the same package it is not necessarily required that they do so. Please keep in mind that picking different services may result in different pricing and end time for each guest.
Catering
For private parties you may bring in your own cold food and adult beverages or for an additional fee of 20% catering gratuity, our coordinators will order, pick up and set up your catering order from one of three local eateries. (menus are available upon request). Credit card information will be needed to place the catering order.
